CBS This Morning -- A video appears to show William Nguyen, an American graduate student who was arrested in Vietnam last week, saying he regrets breaking the law. The 32-year-old was beaten and dragged before he was detained in the middle of demonstrations over a proposed economic zone law. Ben Tracy reports.(2:07)
