Complaints lodged against Worcester businesses in 2019
Since Jan. 1, 40 complaints have been lodged with the Mass. Attorney General's Consumer Advocacy and Response Division against Worcester businesses.
Twenty-one of the 40 complaints concern automobiles, 6 trades and professional services, 4 utilities and alternative energy, and 3 each for government, housing and retail.
